With a focus on safety, efficiency, and peace of mind, I assess every major system of the home—from roof to foundation—while prioritizing clear communication and high standards.
My inspections are rooted in integrity, with a mission to empower my clients with the knowledge they need to make confident, informed decisions.
Your Neighbor, Your Inspector
Hi there, I’m Lyndsey, owner and lead inspector behind Cedar & Stone Home Inspections. Living in the foothills of Denver and working in the metro region, I’m proud to call the Rockies my home. With hands-on experience renovating homes and specialized training through InterNACHI®, I bring both practical knowledge and professional standards to every inspection.
It is my goal to make every home inspection a valuable and positive experience, no matter what the condition of the property. No home is perfect, but discovering all the ins-and-outs is the perfect opportunity to see where there is room for improvement and where standards are already being met.
For me, this work is exciting. My mission is to inspect each home with the highest level of detail, whether my client is buying, selling, or simply maintaining their property.
